Soak the mixdal 5/6 hours.

Then crush the dal dardara not fine paste. Add salt to taste & chopped onion & ginger, garlic & chilli.

Put oil & deep-fried. Kacha pakka fry then press the them & deep-fried agin till golden brown.

Ready to serve the crunchy dalvada with tikhi mithy chutney.. with fry mirchi & onion.
