Steps

Take two bitter guard,cut in thin long pieces,mix salt and Turmeric,keep aside for 1 hour.

Take peanuts and roast it in a pan.keep aside.

Take coconut crush and roast it in a pan.keep aside.

Take a pan,add oil for deep fry of two karela.approximately 4tbsp.fry up to reddish cooked.

Now,take a bawl,mix all peanut,coconut crush,karela bitter guard add only red chilli powder and chaat masala.Mix it finely.

Our karate karele is ready.if needed you can also add fried coriander leaves to taste in it.
