Steps

Mix all the ingredients for making dough in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 20 minutes covered with a wet cloth.

After 20 minutes knead it again for 2 minutes.

Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Like wise make all the balls.

Roll the ball with the help of rolling pin and make a poorie. Like wise make all the Pooris.

Heat oil in a wok and put one poorie in it. Fry it for 2 minutes. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden. Likewise make all the Pooris.

Serve hot with subji or pickle.
