Marinate the beef with half lemon, salt and black pepper

Heat the pan, add some oil and place the garlic in

When it has cooked for about 20 minutes remove from the pan and using an aluminum foil place into the oven grill.

In the oven work with 200°C for 40minutes. After which garnish with tomatoes and corriander.
