Homemade watermelon tutti fruiti

Firstly take out white part from watermelon and cut into small pieces.

Now take a pan add, sugar and water let it boil, now add watermelon rind pieces and cook on low to medium flame for 20-25 mins.

Now when it turns out transparent off the gas.

And take out in 3 different bowls and with 2 tsp of sugar syrup.add required colours and let it rest for 30 min.

After 30 min colours will be coated on pieces well.

Take a place or tray,cover with foil paper,and drain out the pieces from sugar syrup and let it dry for 2 days in dry place.

Your tutti fruiti is ready.
