8 patties
  1. 1 canchickpeas
  2. 1 handfulcoriander
  3. 4 clovesglarlics
  4. 2shallots
  5. 2 tablespoonswhite sesame paste
  6. 2 teaspoonscumin
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. 3-4 tablespoonsChickpea flour or all purpose
  9. Optional: cardamoms shelled
  10. Breadcrumbs

    Mix and blend ingredient 1 to 8 in a blender or processor. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste

  2. 2

    Depend on how wet your mixture is, add flour a tablespoon at a time until the mixture could bind together. I usually add 3

  3. 3

    Fridge the mixture for at least 30 minutes for it to firm up.

  4. 4

    Make patties. Coat them with breadcrumbs and fry it up.

Too delicious! Works great in a wrap or on sourdough bread even. Add a bit of yoghurt, garlic and olives, too!
