Squid Ink Spaghetti with Shrimp Tartare and Lime

Today I decided to cook a dish of squid ink spaghetti with red shrimp marinated in lime and black pepper... A cozy dinner at our beach house with my son, who really enjoyed it! Did you know that red shrimp prefer to stay in dark, hidden places like muddy sea bottoms between 200 and 1,000 meters deep?

Steps
- 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the spaghetti. Meanwhile, cut the red shrimp into pieces and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice, add a grind of black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- 2
In a large skillet, add extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Add the al dente cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
- 3
Plate the pasta and top with the shrimp tartare, grated lime zest, a grind of black pepper, some chopped parsley, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Serve.
