Paneer roll gravy
Very unique dish serve with tandoori roti
Steps

Take a pan heat the oil & put all ingredients of paste & sauté them & grind the paste smooth

Now mash the paneer, put all ingredients of roll and bind the properly & make a dough.

Take sliver foil roll the paneer softly on the foil then cut it's edges & put the left ingredients (ketchup, coriander) & rolled the paneer carefully & make a roll & cut them in 2 parts. Similarly make more of rest of the dough

Now prepare the gravy by heating the pan add oil, Kashmiri red chilli & rest other spices when the cooked add paste in it cook it for 3-4 mins

Now when it's cooked add sugar & curd & stir it properly & cook it well as it's release the oil in pan

Add paneer roll in it & cook for 2-3 mins & serve hot with tandoori roti
