Peel off potatoes and cut in lengthwise. Dip the potatoes in water. Take a pan, add potatoes, 4 cup water and 2 tsp salt. Lets it boil then turn the flame low. Cook it for 5 minutes.

Strain it. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour. Add 1/2 tsp salt, water as per required to make a thick paste, add garlic ginger paste. Mix well.

Heat oil for deep frying pan kadhai on medium flame. Dip the parboiled potatoes in the paste and fry it in hot oil till crispy. Refry the potatoes for one minute on high flame. Turn off the flame.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onion, green chilies, capsicum, 1 tsp salt. Saute for a minute on medium flame. Add 2 tsp red chilli, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Add cornflour mixture, mix well. Cook it for one minute on medium flame. Turn off the flame.

Add 1/2tbsp honey, fried potatoes. Now Honey chilli potato is ready to serve. Enjoy.
