Steps

Wash the white rice and soak it overnight

Cook the one cup of the perboiled rice and allow it to cool mix them together and blend

Add yeast and water, the thickness should be like that of yoghurt. Keep it in a warm place. For like two hours.

Add the sugar and baking powder.

Fry on a low heat.

Serve with Miyar taushe or Yajin kuli kuli.
