  • 1 kgall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspasafoetida
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupOil for dough
  • For frying
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Mix all ingredients and make a soft Dough. Rest it

    Then make a thick roti of it

    Cut it with cutter in shakar para shape

  4. 4

    Let it rest for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Deep fry it in medium flame
