Steps
- 1
Take a pack of Britannia cake. Crumble it to make Choora.
- 2
You can also use any cake. You just have to crumble.
- 3
Now to make balls of it, you need something to bind. So we will add 3 tbsp Amul cream.
- 4
Mix nicely and make small smooth balls.
- 5
Cream will hold the balls. Put it in a stick.
- 6
Now prepare Chocolate ganache by mixing dark chocolate compound with amul cream in 2:1 ratio.
- 7
We need a little thick ganache.
- 8
Now dip the balls in ganache. Sprinkle coloured sprinklers.
- 9
Take a glass. Fill it with granulated sugar and place the sticks in it.
- 10
This will prevent the sticks from falling because the upper top of stick has weight of the ball. Sugar downwards will help it to hold.
- 11
Keep the glass in refrigerator for an hour minimum. Chocolate will set and your cake pops are ready.
