Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 3large potatoes
  • 1/4 cupboiled and shredded chicken
  • 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsphot sauce
  • 1egg
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Knorr coating mix as required
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and mash well.

  2. 2

    Add chicken to potatoes and add all the mentioned spices and sauces

  3. 3

    Mix well and form kababs from it.

  4. 4

    Roll the cutlet in knorr coating mix then dip in egg mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    Shallow fry in hot oil

  6. 6

    Serve with tea ❤
