  • 1 cupSoaked rice
  • 2Potatoes
  • 2Tomatoes
  • as neededGreen peas few
  • as neededCauliflower
  • 2Green mirchi
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil
  • 2 spoonsGaram masala powder
  • 2 spoonsGhee

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, put some cumin, mustard, cloves, Cinnamon red chilli and fry for one minute. Later add all vegetables one by one and fry till they get tempered. Then add garam masala powder, turmeric and add soaked rice. Pour water sufficiently to cook rice and add salt. Finally sprinkle pudina leaves and cook. If it is pressure pan allow it for 2 Strong whistles. Your yummy masala veggie rice is ready. Add ghee before serving.
