Ingredients

1 hour
5-6 servings
  • 2 kgchicken
  • 5-6tomatoes
  • 2 tbspfull ginger garlic paste
  • 3onion chopped
  • 2t.sp coriander powder
  • 2.5t.sp zeera
  • 2t.sp salt
  • 2.5t.sp black pepper(powder)
  • 2t.sp crushed red chilli
  • 5-6green chillies chopped
  • 2-3 tbspbutter
  • 3-4 tbspqasoori methi
  • halfcup yoghurt
  • 1/3 cupoil

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Heat the oil add chicken and fry it untill it changes it's cklour.

  2. 2

    Remove chicken from oil and take it separate for later.

  3. 3

    Add onion in oil and turn it in golden brown.add ginger grlic paste +tomatoes at the same time.

  4. 4

    Add a little water and cover it until tomatoes re soft and make masala.

  5. 5

    Add all dry spice and dry the water (from tomatoes).add chicken and mix.

  6. 6

    Add yoghurt and cook on high flame until water dry add fresh coriander qasoori methi and chilis.

  7. 7

    Add butter and serve
