1 tbspoil
2minced cloves of garlic
2 tspminced ginger
2medium side chopped onions
2sliced green onion
3/4 cupdiced carrots
3/4 cupgreen peas
2chopped eggs
2minced carrots
1 cupminced meat (any king of meat)
3 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tspoil again
3 1/2 cupscold rice( cold rice works better than hot rice

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the ginger, garlic and onions. Cook until soft. Add the vegetables, carrots, peas.

Add cooked eggs, soy sauce, some oil and stir. You can add any vegetable you like to make it better.
