Ingredients

30 - 40 minutes
4 servings
  • 2eggs
  • 100 gmspasta boiled Al dante
  • 4-6 tbspPizza sauce
  • as neededChicken, Paneer, Soya Chunks (optional - your choice)
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 1cheese cube
  • 2-3 tbspbutter
  • To tasteSalt and pepper
  • To tasteMixed herbs, Oregano, Chilli flakes, etc

Steps

30 - 40 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan, take 2 tbsp butter and saute pasta in it.

    Add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and mixed herbs to it. Add 2 tsp pizza sauce to it and mix gently. Remove the pasta in a bowl

    Take 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the pasta in it. Also add your choice of toppings like chicken, prawns, paneer, etc. to it.

    Add a little butter to the pan. Add the eggs and pasta mixture to the pan. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes.

    Add the cut pieces of capsicum, onions, tomato and other toppings of your choice.

    Add cheese over the toppings and cover it and cook till the cheese melts.

    Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or Schezwan sauce
