Ingredients

21/2 cupsself raising flour
1/2 tbspcinnamon
1/2 tbspcardamon
1 teaspoonnutmeg
1/3 cupsugar
1 pinchsalt
1 teaspoonlemon zest
1egg
1 cupmilk

Steps

Sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl

Mix milk and egg in a jug
3

Form a well and fold in wet ingredients till dough is formed
4

Knead dough and roll into medium sized thickness
5

Cut into small desired shapes and fry
6

Serve and enjoy 🎉
