1egg
1 cupflour
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspsalt
2 tspchat masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 cupmilk
1 Tspoil

First mashed potatoes with grater, it mashed potatoes perfectly.

In mixing bowl add an egg whisk it then add milk & whisk it with hand beater for 1 min.

Add oil, & mashed potatoes & mix it well. Then slowly & gradually add flour, baking powder, salt, chat masala chilli powder & fold it..mix it well.. check the consistency of batter it should not be runny..

Pre heat waffle maker.. grease it with butter..

Pour the batter in waffle maker & cook it turns beautiful golden color.

Enjoy with green chutney, ketchup & onion salad..
