First boil the tomatoes peeled it make a paste with green chillies & ginger. Keep a side

Take a cooker put 2 tdsp oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,asafoetida and curry leaves. Now add gram flour cook on low flame till colour changes light brown add tomatoes paste cook for 2 mins add 4 bowls of water,salt,red chilli powder & turmeric powder than add potatoes & bottle gourd and whistles for 2 times put the gas off keep a side

Cut the ladies finger& fry shallow

Now open the cooker add tamarind pulp & ladies finger & 2 bowls of water and cook for 10 mins when all spieces & tamarind pulp mix well than put gas off and serve with rice
