1heat oil in a pan add onions ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute.

2. Add Kashmiri red chilli paste paprika powder black pepper powder salt sugar and ketchup. Let it cook for few minutes then add soya sauce and 1/1 cup of water.

Remove from the fire and blend it, your sauce is ready.

FOR COATING
Kurkure 200 grams,chopperize in the food processor or crush it with the rolling pin

Marinate the chicken tenders with all the above ingredients except buttermilk and flour.
2. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
3. Now at 3 tablespoons of flour to the buttermilk and a pinch of salt. - 6
4. Now dip the marinated chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture and and coat it it with the kurkure.
5. Place them on the baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius. - 7
6.serve them with schezwan sauce.
