Watermelon Sorbet

In this lovely and easily done Watermelon Sorbet, I have done two different versions, one with Condensed Milk and the other with just Honey. Therefore either way it's two-ingredient magic. Both of them are absolute bliss. As the Watermelon used by me was sweet, I skipped using Sugar altogether. It's an amazingly smooth and creamy Sorbet in the end. A perfect one to enjoy in Summers or any time if the fruit is handy and available. Lemon juice is optional and only for those who love a slightly tangy flavour.

Freeze the Watermelon chunks for an hour or two at first. Remove from the freezer. Blend them directly with Condensed Milk for the first version and the Honey for the second. If using Lemon juice, use that too. Blitz until smooth and well blended.

Pour this in an airtight container and freeze until set. After done, flake the top with a fork and then scoop out the stunning and lip-smacking Sorbet. Enjoy!
