225 gbeef mince
40 gpanko bread crumbs
100 mlmilk
1egg
2 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspdried parsley
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tspsalt
1/2 tsppaprika
Tomato sauce
1 tinchopped tomatoes
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspchili powder
1/2 tspdried basil
1 tbsptomato puré

Set the oven on 225 degrees. In an oven tray, mix all the ingredients for the tomato sauce.

Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs except beef mince and leave for 10 minutes. Add the beef mince and mix well.

Shape the mixture into about 16 balls and put them in the sauce. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes and serve with your choice of pasta. Enjoy!
