My husband loves fish but with a touch of spice I therefore dedicate cooking it with my heart out...
Cooking Instructions

Take the fish and part dry it.Cut into pieces.Shape as per liking

Take a sufuria/bowl and in it put the ginger garlic;salt and soy sauce and mix with a spoon or hand

Put the sliced fillet into the mixture and using your hands mix so that all the fish get the sauce.

Cover the mixture put in fridge for 30-45 mins
- 5
Heat oil until super hot then reduce the heat.
- 6
Remove fillet from fridge and dip in hot oil and voila serve while hot

This is my husband's favourite gyoza. It might seem like a lot of work, but when you use pre-made wraps, it's not really. I think it's a lot of fun! I used to have them with simple vinegar but my husband loves this flavourful dipping sauce with gyoza. It also makes a wonderful salad dressing! Shrimp is also good in place of the chicken.
