My husband loves fish but with a touch of spice I therefore dedicate cooking it with my heart out...

Ingredients

1hr
  1. 3 tbssoy sauce
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 1 tbsfresh ground ginger
  4. 1 tbsground garlic
  5. Oil half a sufuria for frying
  6. 2large pieces of fish fillet

Cooking Instructions

    Take the fish and part dry it.Cut into pieces.Shape as per liking

    Take a sufuria/bowl and in it put the ginger garlic;salt and soy sauce and mix with a spoon or hand

    Put the sliced fillet into the mixture and using your hands mix so that all the fish get the sauce.

    Cover the mixture put in fridge for 30-45 mins

  5. 5

    Heat oil until super hot then reduce the heat.

  6. 6

    Remove fillet from fridge and dip in hot oil and voila serve while hot
