  1. 1

    First and foremost wash the fish. If the scales have not been removed, remove then and cut aside to remove the intestines.

  2. 2

    Wash the insides, Put the fish to dry.

  3. 3

    Hung it to dry and cut across some lines.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a pan, nonstick.

  5. 5

    Then fry the fish until golden brown in each side.

  6. 6

    Allow it to dry excess oil by putting it in a crip paper

  7. 7

    Add salt and Serve with Ugali and Kachumbari.
