Oversoaked red chillies in hot water for 2 hrs.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, lahsun. Saute for a min.

Add ginger, saute for one min.,add red chillies, saute for one min. on low flame. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

In a blender jar, add fried lahsun,red chillies, ginger and little water. Blend them to make paste

In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, half cumin seeds, rai, hing. Let them crackle, add lahsun paste. Cook for 5 mins.on low flame.

Add salt to taste, mix well. Spicy Lahsun chutney is ready to eat with roti, paratha, pakode. Enjoy!!!
