Ingredients

1hr
  • 100 gmGreen chillies
  • 3 tspVinegar or lemon juice
  • 20 gmCumin seeds
  • 20 gmfenugreek seeds
  • 20 gmmustard seeds
  • 1 tbspAjwain/carom seeds
  • 1/2 tspkalonji(nigella seeds)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 6 tspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the whole chilli and dry it well.

  2. 2

    Now Roast all masalas and grind it well.

    Now add all the spices(masalas),lemon juice or vinegar

  4. 4

    Hot oil in chilli.and keep in the sun for 2 days.

  5. 5

    Pickle is ready.
