Fenugreek seeds, Dates, kishmish, jaggery, fennel seeds have lots of benefits for our body. This is sweet, sour, bitter, spicy all flavoured chutney. Taste very good so must do try it.

Fenugreek seeds, Dates, kishmish, jaggery, fennel seeds have lots of benefits for our body. This is sweet, sour, bitter, spicy all flavoured chutney. Taste very good so must do try it.
Steps

Wash fenugreek seeds and soak it in warm water up to 2 hr and then cook for 10 minutes.

Grind cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds together.take a pan add oil then add grounded powder.

Add diseeded dates and raisins in it and stir then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it.

Add jaggery, boiled fenugreek seeds, salt, dry mango powder, asafetida in it and mix well.

Add water and let it boil. After it cooked turn off gas flame. Let it cool down. Store it in glass jar.

Sour,sweet,bitter, spicy all flavors chutney is ready for serve with rice or chapatti or pudi.
