1 tspcrushed cumin seeds
1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspred chilli powder

Roasted and crushed both cumin and coriander seeds..

Now add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper..

Mix well..

Put in a glass jar and use in all types of karahi mutton, chicken..
