Steps

Defreeze the chicken wings and wash them.

(Skip to step 3 if too lazy to preheat) Preheat steam oven with convection at 210 degrees celsius.

Dry with kitchen tissue paper and add seasoning.

Wrap aluminium foil around metal plate and put the chicken wings in it. Add a slab of butter as well.
- 5
Convect in the oven for 20 minutes (23 minutes if we the oven wasn’t preheated).
