Whole Wheat Naan Whole Wheat Naan
I often used to make naan at home with all-purpose flour because that's how my kids liked it. But today, I made it with whole wheat flour according to my preference and served it to them without telling. They liked it so much that they said it was even better than usual. When I told them it was made with whole wheat flour, they were surprised that whole wheat naan could be so good. Now, they've requested that I make whole wheat naan from now on. Kulcha Naan/ Indian flat bread Kulcha Naan/ Indian flat bread
Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines mainly of India. It mostly consists of egg and milk products like yogurt. The egg brings crispiness to the naan while the yogurt helps in digestion of the gluten. It is generally prepared from wheat flour. However, spices are not used in naan. Spices are mostly used to make kulchas. Therefore, what I present here can better be called kulcha naan.#epicureanfeast #loveforfood #indianbread The Epicurean Feast -

My daughter loves chole (chickpeas). Earlier, she used to eat it with bhature or puri, but now that she's older, she prefers to avoid fried dishes. So, when I have time, I make tandoori roti or naan to go with it. This naan is made by mixing all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour. I served it without butter, but it's still very soft. I've already shared my chole recipe before. Mrinalini SinhaTranslated from Cookpad India -

Air Fryer Naan / Flat Bread Air Fryer Naan / Flat Bread
I love Naan especially fresh and hot. It is surprising easy to do in your air fryer and because you are using an air fryer, you don't get any smoke like you do when you use a cast iron pan. This recipe is super flexible. You can use different sweeteners though they need to be sugar in nature for the yeast to work. As well, you can mix in things like dried fruit just before you let the dough prove; make sure your mix ins don't contain salt or too much moisture. If you want something that is whole wheat based, you can swap 2 cups of flour for it.If you feel like adding some seasoning to the rolled out dough before you air fry it, that works too. Just remember that seasoning in the air fryer goes a long ways Chris Jordan
