Ingredients

2-3 People
  1. 410 gMini Chicken Breast Fillets
  2. 85 gGreek Yoghurt
  3. 1Large Lemon
  4. 3 TablespoonOlive Oil
  5. 2 TablespoonDried Oregano
  6. 1 TeaspoonSea Salt
  7. 1 TeaspoonGround Black Pepper
  8. 4Garlic Cloves (Minced or pressed)

Cooking Instructions

15-20 Minutes

    Set chicken aside in a bowl or freezer bag.

    Add yoghurt and olive oil to a medium bowl.

  3. 3

    Add the zest and juice of the lemon to the yoghurt.

  4. 4

    Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir.

  5. 5

    Pour half the mixture over the chicken.

  6. 6

    Allow chicken to marinade in a fridge for 15 minutes minimum or 3 hours max.

    Lightly oil a griddle pan with olive oil and put on a medium heat. Add the chicken pieces. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes turning the pieces to cook evenly. When turning the pieces pour over the remaining marinade to thoroughly coat them.
