Ingredients

  1. Fresh fish
  2. Scotch bonnet & onions
  3. Seasoning, & spices
  4. Fresh garlic
  5. Tomato&red pepper pulp
  6. clovesGrinded ginger &

Cooking Instructions

    Wash it fish, in a clean pot, add a little oil, grated scotch bonnet, garlic & onion, add spices & seasonings, set on flame & stir for 2mins add the fish to marinate it with the mixture, close the pot a minute & gently stir the other side, close the pot.

    Add grinded ginger & clove, add more natural grinded spices.

    Add water & chopped onions, add a little tomapep pulp, don't stir again allow it until the fish get soft & finally serve.
