  • 400 gmChicken Chopped
  • 20 gmDried Chili's
  • 2 pcsRed Chili's
  • 1 tspGeen Xi-Chuan pepper
  • 1 tspRed Xi-Chuan pepper
  • 4 tbspSoy Sauce
  • 2 tbspSpring Onion
  • 4 tbspWheat Flour
  • 5 tbspCooking Oil

    Clean up the chicken, chop into small cubes, and marinate with soy sauce for about 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Coat chicken with wheat flour and deep fry till dry. Drain.

  3. 3

    Heat up the wok and add in the cooking oil. Deep fry the green, red pepper and red chillies.

  4. 4

    Lastly, add in the chicken and Stir-fry... ready to be served.
