Ingredients

  1. 220 gsugar
  2. Haf teaspoon salt
  3. 1teblespoon vinegar
  4. 500 gself rise flour
  5. 500 gmilk
  6. 2 teaspoonvanilla
  7. 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 10medium size egg
  9. 60 gcocoa powder
  10. 120 gbutter or oil
  11. For cream
  12. 400 gbutter
  13. 100 gicing sugar
  14. 150 gwhite chocolate
  15. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  16. 50 gmilk

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt until well combined. Set aside.

    Using hand mixer or stand mixer,cream butter and sugar on med-high until pale and fluffy 3 to 4 minutes Reduce speed and add eggs one at a time fully incorporating after each addition add milk then. Add vanilla.then the flour mix

    Bake for about 40mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

    For butter cream,

    Place your butter in to bowl and mix until smooth add icing sugar and melted, cooled white chocolate and whip until smooth add vanilla.
