Bring water to boil & add Lemon Grass to it. Let it boil for 5 more mins. Add sugar (optional).

Add just a pinch of tea leaves (optional). Immediately switch off the flame.

Steep for at least 5 mins. This is important to get the right flavour & it's health benefits.

Strain the tea. Enjoy hot or add ice cubes for iced lemongrass tea!
Note: You can also add it to your regular milk tea just like the other herbs & spices.
