  3. as per taste Sugar
  4. 1/2 tspElachi powder
  5. as requiredAlmonds
  6. As requiredGreen pista
  7. As required Chena

Steps

  1. 1

    First, add milk and boil it in low for till it becomes a bit thick. Then add milk powder, elachi powder, sugar and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Then cook it properly, next add to a container and let it set for an hour then cut it into pieces.

  3. 3

    Mithai kalakand is ready to serve.
