First soak the sabudana in water for 2 hours after that remove all water of sabudana and leave 30 minutes for remove all water..

Sock threads of saffron in 1/4 Cup milk..

Heat a pan add desi ghee add soak sabudana roast well till when will be double size.. Like bubbles.

Add water and mix well.. when will comes thickness add Saffron milk and sugar mix well cook for 3_4 mins after that mix chopped cashew almonds and cardamom powder.. switch off the flame..

Sabudana halwa is ready to Serve.
