Steps

Add oil in a pan,add mustard seeds.when it splutters add onions, ginger and green chillies.saute it well.

Add the veggies carrot,beans and potato with a pinch of turmeric and cook them till the raw smell goes.

To this add one cup of water, season with salt and cook with lid closed till all the veggies are soft and cooked well.

Add a cup of broken wheat upma slowly with continuous stirring.no lumps should be formed.cook at low flame for 4 to 5 mins.taste the liquid for enough seasoning as required..

Once it is cooked, add half a spoon of ghee and garnish with coriander leaves
