    Ek Pateli me oil dalen garm hojae to pyaz fry krengy, hlki gulabi hony lgy to kaleji dal den or 1 mint tk fry kren

    Then lehsan adrak, namak or tamatr paste dal k 2 mint tk high flame p pkaen

    Ab garm masala k ilawa sary powder spice dal den or half cup pani add krky mix kren or cover krky 5 se 8 mint tk low flame p pkae

    Oil upar ajae hari mirch ko cut lga kr dalen phr dahi or garm masala add krky k 3 se 4 mint tk high flame p achi trah bhuny or flame off krden
