Start boiling the corns in water at medium flame in a pan for 5 mins. When done, switch off the flame. Drain out the water.

Next, add the boiled corns in a pan, on a medium flame. Throw in 3 tbsp of butter. Saute until it turns aromatic.

Now, transfer the corns in a bowl, add red chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt as required. Mix well. Ready to serve.
