Steps

Take a pressure cooker and add all the chopped vegetables (carrots,beans, cabbage, beans,matar, potatoes) to it.

Add a cup of water and give to 2-3 whistles to get it par cooked.

Once the vegetables gets cooked take it out from the cooker along with the water used in it.

Take a pan and add butter to it

Add cumin seeds to it and let it crackle.

Add diced onions to it and saute it until the color changes.

Now add tomato puree to it and cook the gravy for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and turmeric powder to it.

Add chopped tomatoes and the cooked vegetables to it.

Mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Add pav bhaji masala to the mixture and again cook it for nxt 4-5 minutes.

Add a cube of butter to increase the flavor of it.

Once the vegetables gets cooked and the gravy thickens turn off the gas flame and garnish it with coriander leaves, chopped onions and a slice of butter over it.

Serve it hot with the buns.
