Soak rice in water for 30 minutes. Boil milk. Now add soaked rice and let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick or half in quantity. Add saffron. It will take a 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

When it gets thick add sugar and cardamom powder transfer it in a serving bowl. Let it cool for some time so that it reaches room temperature. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Peel a mango and cut in small pieces and grind in the mixer to a smooth paste or pulp.

Add mango pulp in firni bowl. Mix and garnish with dry fruits.

Serve chilled.
