  • 1Diced Onion
  • 1 CupVodka
  • 2 (28 Ounce)Cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 PintHeavy Cream
  • To TasteSalt and Pepper
  • 1/4 TSPGarlic Powder
  • 1/4 TSPOregano
  • 1/4 TSPParsley

  1. 1

    Saute Onions in Skillet, move to stock pot once browned

  2. 2

    Pour in Vodka, Let cook 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Mix in crushed tomatoes and spices, cook 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour in heavy cream, mix well, let cook 30 minutes
