Wariyon ka Pulao

#imambassador
I feel cooking is something which runs in my blood. Something which I have inherited as a valuable and unlearned asset for life from my mother.
My Mother is no more in this world ( May Allah bless her with high ranks in Jannah , Ameen ) but the taste of her cooking , that aroma coming from the kitchen and spreading around the house and finely the beautiful presentation on the dinner table. Everything is still so fresh in my memory as if it happened just yesterday.
My mother was an amazing cook who gave me my love for food and passion for cooking.
My favorite childhood dish from my mother's amazingly delicious kitchen is the ; Wariyon ka Pulao ;
Wariyon are meat ball shaped irregularly with lot of spices infused . They are dried under sunlight for days and can be stored for months in the refrigerator.
Today I sharing this beloved Recipe from my mother's 💓 kitchen with all of you dear Friends.

Arrange the ingredients.
- 3
Add the all ingredients and fry well.

Add water and let it boil for 5 minutes because wariyon are soft.
- 5
After then add rice when water soacked on rice cover the lid tightly to simmer (dam) for about 15 minutes. (I always place a skillet / tawa beneath the rice pot.it helps to cook the rice with all ingredients and masala evenly and prevents the rice sticking at the bottom.)

Enjoy the traditional Punjabi rice passed on from generations in our family. Serve with Salad and Raita as per liking.
