In a clean bowl put the powdered whipped cream and add the cold evaporated milk and mix them very well. Put your mixer in a high speed and whisk for at 7 minutes.

Take some amount that will be enough for the decoration and add the cocoa powder and mix it is well incorporated and it is now ready for use.
