Cook the oil on low flamme and add the motton fry it till the colour change then add the black pepper, salt,cumin and coriander powder and mix it

Than add water to boil it well amd then put on the low flame for 1 hour until the motton cooked well

Then add the fresh dhaniya and adrak and severd it to you guest🙂
