Soak dal at least half hr

Wash mince and drain completly

Now take a pot add mince.dal.salt.red button chillies.garlic.ginger. black pepper.long cinemon stick. Black cardamom and 1 onion slice.and water

Boil it when it's become tender then cool at room temperature

Now add seasoning in this mixture like green chillies green coriander. 1 chopped onion.garam masala powder 1 egg.mix all the spices together.

Dip balls in the egg then fry them

Now blend 1 onion and cut 1 onion into slices.

Fry slice onion in the oil.

When it's become golden then add spices salt onion paste. Ginger garlic paste.red chilli.coriander powder.turmeric powder and tomatoes.

Bhunfy well this masala.

Add water in this masala let it cook then add koftay

Keep on simmer reduce the gravy as per requirement

Sprinkle garam masala powder and green coriander on it

Serve with nan or chappati
