Ingredients

30 mins
  • 1 cupRefined flour
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • Halfcrushed pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • 2 tspWhite chilli powder
  • 50 mlOil
  • 1/8 tspTurmeric powder
  • 50 mlWater

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    First take a bowl and add oil and water and mixup well.

  2. 2

    Then add all powder and add refined flour and make soft dough.

  3. 3

    Then make 3 equal parts from it.Take one part of them and roast for some time.

  4. 4

    Then put roasted part in middle of other two parts.And mix up properly.And make a dough once again.Then make five equal parts of it.

  5. 5

    Press it and make some holes on it and deep fry it till brownish.

  6. 6

    Serve it and enjoy with your family.
