Honey Fried Bananas ala Bu Nanik

These honey fried bananas ala Bu Nanik are truly delicious. The outside looks like burnt or dark chocolate fried bananas, but that's the signature of these honey fried bananas. It's due to the caramelization of honey and sugar.

I recooked this recipe from Bu Nuning Putri, thank you for the recipe 🙏☺.

Oh yes, I've tried making these honey fried bananas twice. To get a truly honey-flavored taste, use good quality honey, it makes a big difference, really delicious 🥰.
